Returns Policy

WHGRoup(PTY)Ltd will only grant refunds,replacement and /or credit under condition that the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products supplied approved the request.

The following conditions for returns need to be met in order to process such a request:

1-Item/Product needs to be in original packaging

2-Item/Product needs to be in a undamaged or resellable condidition.

3-Item/Product may not have been opened or tampered with.

4-Item/Product needs to be returned to Whgroup along with the refund request forms signed by the person/company returning it along with a recent proof of account from the bank of the person/company making the request
